Before sending anything back

  • Contact support before sending any item back so the order can be reviewed first.
  • Unused standard-stock filters are the easiest requests to review for return eligibility.
  • Used filters, opened filters, and custom-cut items generally need a special review before approval.
  • If an order arrives incorrect or damaged, report it promptly so the team can help with the next step.
